Jack's - Oxford

I ordered two three-piece meals and they only gave me two in each meal. The tea was completely soured. The Sprite was flat completely flat. I will not return back to this Jack's because of the food. I was very disappointed

Everything just FILTHY!!! And unprofessional. First, you’re standing at the register for god knows how long, before someone even comes take your order. Then when the girl finally comes, she doesn’t wash her hands. She just hops right on the cash register. Then you have one girl whose uniform is dirty, drinking out of a cup, and then tries to come take your order. The guy bagging the food, is handshakes his friend hand, scratches his arms, then turns around bagging food. The grill team is touching all different areas, not changing gloves. The whole place just DIRTY and TRIFLING. Just give me a refund!!! Y’all won’t dare get me sick trying to eat a burger.

My regular Jack's location. I had the $6 chopped steak dinner and I was very pleased! 3 patties of meat, gravy, bicuit, with mashed potatoes and green beans. Worth every bit of my money. I ordered on the app and it was hot and ready when I arrived at the drive thru. Very nice employee, named James, was working the drive thru. I also ordered a Big BLT no mayo, with fries. At the window I asked for ranch dressing to go with my fries and James got it quickly with a smile. Jack's homemade ranch is amazing!Parking: Lots of car parking and a separate lot for trucks!Kid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Large double doors with a ramp located by the covered drive thru.

The burgers...taste kind of like salisbury steak patties and the pickles are like rubber. The fries have a seasoning i do not like.The fried chicken, however, is great. If I had a local Jack's, I'd probably spend entirely too much money on fried chicken.The people were extra friendly, and the bathroom had the best toilet paper of any public restroom I've used.Basically, stop in to say hello, get some fried chicken and sweet tea, and to poop. <3

My favorite local restaurant, the staff here are amazing and definitely on the ball. Fast and friendly. Prices are decent. Clean inside and out. Mistakes are rare here but if it does happen, they got you.
