Domino's Pizza - Oxford

Great service. The young man at the checkout was great. He kept eye contact with me when I worked and ordered the app. It was pretty busy due to the spring break and it was Friday night, but my order came out immediately and tasted so wonderful. Everyone here welcomes me. Even the delivery people when they were delivered. Great experience and a must for everyone in the area.

The pizza was so fresh and hot. The customer was very nice.

Dominos has good quality (for a chain) pizza and other items like the feta cheese bread. This chain was always very nice with Top Domino quality, never disappointed.

The pizza is great when the order is correct. We always ask for extra sauce on our pizza. More than half the time when the pizza is delivered it's dry or at best made like a standard pizza. Extra means extra. Take an extra 10 seconds to make it right.

You shouldn't expect to be served through the drive-thru window at McDonald's. When you pay your bill, that's it—there's no need to tip like with delivery orders. It’s baffling to think that tips would even be asked for in such a setting. If you’re unhappy with how things are going, why not ask for a raise instead? Clearly, you don’t know how to cook a pizza without burning it to a crisp. I’m relieved I didn’t actually place an order with you. Once I find out all the locations managed by your company, I’ll make sure to avoid them and warn others about your subpar service. Also, it might be a good idea to wear gloves when handling food, especially at night—it's unappetizing to see bad nails touching the food.
