Bidrage med feedbackWe would like to thank a wonderful waitress for the good support of our great group of scouts from Florida(15 of us) who came on June 12. We are trying to teach these young guys about money/dip etc. She was the only one who took care of us. I'm uncertain about her name, but she had cute dimples. She was amazing. I know how she reads this and wants to know that we are grateful for the great service.
Today we needed a quick breakfast. We chose Ihop because they have crepe. Most people do not know to expect the best service in this particular ihop, as it is always hard for this place to keep help. We believe in giving places opportunities that try to ESPECIALLY those who fought to remain open during the pandemic as this mate did. They were one of the only places we could eat during the pandemic. Johnna was our server today and SHE is what triggered this 5-star rating. She was perfect. I don't mean FAKE and perfect or desperate try to get a good tip. She was absolutely fabulous, real, attentive and gave us an excellent guide to our commands. She has literally not made a ONE SINGLE error, and we have told her that in our hundreds of thousands of miles travel, at breakfast places written in magazines and people like Guy Fieri eat there and shows on them we have NIE had a better breakfast server. This place fights to keep people well fed in this area (OH, btw, we LOVE the new menu), and they earn at least 4.6 or higher. Do not let the negative Karen reviews you deter from here, and if you want REALLY an incredible experience, ask for Johnna! Btw, the meal was great and these blueberries crepes!!! You can't even find a place in the Smokies except Ihop, which even has crepes more.
I was alone and my 20 minutes waiting lasted 50. Then I had to wait for the poor busy waitress to bring me coffee, but I saved her from coming back and taking my order that I already knew what I wanted. I finished my omelet before I got a refill on my coffee. Still love IHOP
I ordered blueberry pancakes through doorstep and they gave me regular pancakes with 6 blueberries and no blueberry syrup?
The food the service were fine except, the manager tried to upcharge me for something I didn't order saying, it was the closest thing we had. It was the exact thing I ordered just $2 more. Then she tried to make it just $1. It's basically, See how much you can get out of them. Watch your bill. They try to make it seem innocent but, it's no accident when it's always to their favor. I see this everywhere now. Let the buyer beware!
