When she was asked if she realized that she did not cover the nose, she made useless the mask, she reacted right and pulled her mask even more down. I will not get food from this place in the future.
Make sure that if you use the app for ordering that you understand that you can only get your food if your phone it's at the restaurant. I ordered from home wanted my wife to pick it up for me on her way home but the app said I was not at the restaurant so she could not get my order!
Line was so slow, guy taking money had no enthusiasm oand I couldn't hear him speak at all after 15 minutes and kids getting anxious they left out the burger in my kids happy meal. Not happy will be getting chikfil a from now on.
It was everything you've come to expect from the ones who believe they deserve $15hr.
The drive thru service really needs an overhaul. The individual who takes the order does not understand how to navigate between the lanes. I was given my order on the outside lane and noticed my order was being recorded on the inside lane, the inside lanewas being ignored. It would make since to close down the inside lane during rush times to keep the confusion and frustration ofcustomers low.
