Steak-out - Huntsville

Worst counter server there is is at the one on Whitesburg. Customer service is not her bag. She is an angry white woman who controls the front counter and phones. I had to tell her my first name three times on the phone and twice in person hint it was 300pm and the place was empty. When my order was ready she threw it on the counter and instead of putting in a bag she went and answered a phone. I have fired people for less at my business. She does not need to be at the front. Maybe she needs to clean a bathroom or two. Darla Carla Marla this one is for you. Maybe you should be a school lunch lady?

Whoever the lady was answering the phone on 7/21/22 around 5pm is the rudest, most unprofessional lady I have ever encountered at a restaurant in a very long time. You?ve lost business for life due to this one lady. I will not ever be back. Management should probably get ahold of this person before she runs off even more business. I?d give her name publicly, but she refused to give it to me after she realized she?d messed up.

I tried to order a family dinner. Was told that they don?t deliver to Hampton Cove. I said ok, I?ll get one of the other food delivery services to pick it up at the store. They said, no, no outside delivery service allowed. Ludicrous!!! No money out of their pocket. Now there is, because I will go to an other restaurant.

Guy who delivered to my job where I only have 20 minutes for lunch showed up 16 minutes late. He snatched food out of my hands because I was upset he took so long, he said ?y?all can say what you want to say,? about how upset we all were he showed up late. He said you don?t have to tip. I said I wasn?t gonna! I can?t understand each time I order from steak out how come they always come late even though I order so early, hours early, we?ll this will be the very last time. I plan to spread the word about the behavior of the delivery guy and this bad service. The picture is a co worker eating her food she got late on her last break 2 hours after the delivery guy showed up late. She had to rush just to get a bite because she felt so sick to her stomach from hunger, on her 10 minute break. Unacceptable

Great staff(save for one old lady). Clean kitchen. Prompt service even their delivery service is good. Good always arrives on time an still a decent temp.
