An outstanding and memorable dining experience comprising a delicious and varied menu and wine pairings, wonderful hospitality and service, and a truly remarkable setting amongst olive trees, orange groves, and an ancient building.

Outstanding eight course tasting menu, all paired with wonderful wines; served in a very memorable and enchanting environment. Indeed one of the highlights of our 3 week slow drive thru Italy. Their passion was evident throughout the tour and dining experience. Top of our list as a magical dining experience; one which we will always remember.

Great spot friendly, beautiful, lots of acreage, accommodating, mindful of dietary restrictions.....endless glasses of wine ! Recommend !

A perfect 8-speed dinner. not much to say. every dish was exquisite. the wee were excellent, especially the primitive. it's something out of the way, but if they're somewhere near Eastuni, that's one thing. a fireplace was illuminated near our table. a great evening.

Abbiamo cenato gustando tutti i sapori dei vari corsi (menù fisso) dal primo all'ultimo accompagnati da tre vini diversi. Prima della cena, un bicchiere di Prosecco ha accompagnato alcuni minuti trascorsi nella cosiddetta sala musica dove si possono apprezzare i primi dettagli di questa bella fattoria. Alle 20.30 è stata servita la cena con grazia e professionalità, alla fine della quale abbiamo potuto visitare il frantoio ipogeo e la chiesetta. Cena o pranzo consigliato in totale tranquillità, immersi nella migliore Puglia.
