Bidrage med feedbackThis is definitely a hidden gem in Oslo, centrally located and “hidden” near the beautiful St. Olavs Square. Food is divine, reasonable and staff is friendly and easy going.
Great little bejeweled slice of Japanese heaven. Perfect dishes filled with the love of Japanese cuisine. Comfy atmosphere
Their meny is short and simple, every item is obviously well thought out and the quality is always consistent (I've been many times by now). Never experienced bad service, the atmosphere and decorations both amazing, great sake, the works. One of my absolute favorites.
Just go here. You will not regret it. Good food, very nice atmosphere. Small dishes for sharing. Good selection of Japanese alcohol.
Together with a couple of friends we visited this place for a meal and a chat. The food was good, no problems here. But the staff were rude. Which is particularly strange in a Japanese style restaurant. Barmen were nordic though. Though Norway is known for absence of service culture, I have never experienced anything that bad during 12 years here. Any request or question was answered in a rude agressive manner. Forget smiles. Only grumpy sour faces with attitude. We felt that if they could they would have happily shot us. We finished our meal and left though initially planned to spend the evening there. The guys are a clear mismatch for this kind of job. The owner should consder hiring someone friendly and social.
