Sardi's Fusion - Olney

This is no longer the innovative Peruvian cuisine that it was once. it is more like average Mexican and sporty combined. I knew when they gave me a laminated menu that didn't expect much. the **** was very nice and made a decent pisco mad. the sign outside doesn't say Sardis fusion anymore, it says Sardis chicken. I'm sure that huh is great, but don't go if tou are looking for Peruvian fusion cuisine, they won't do that it seems. they need to update their website.

Wonderful traditional Peruvian food. We had the good fortune to visit Peru and loved the food. Saudi's allows us to enjoy the dishes we experienced there. We have eaten there twice and will be back again.

The food and service here are outstanding. The grouper special was particularly delicious, as was the Peruvian chicken. The noise level was high, though. Would definitely come back.
