Full of employees working at a time but very slow service. I have been visiting this location for years. Service has never been improved

Today I asked for crispy chicken sandwich and the way it was served was disgusting. Half of the sandwich was hanging out of the paper bag exposing all the contents and the sandwich bread too was broken. It was as if someone was handing me free food and didn't care. Instead of apologizing the staff member rudely said he can make another, which I declined. A very unkempt place too.Vegetarian options: Nothing to say.

Everyone here works very hard, they are often overworked and burnt out. There definitely needs to be more employees on shift but overall the food is good as is the service.It's the rude people that don't have empathy for everything the employees have to go through, and the neighborhood crazies that are constantly causing trouble that bring the location down.
