Little Caesars Pizza - Oakland

I ordered their pizza, which promised to have 100 slices of paprika for $9.99, but that wasn't the case at all. There were only a few pieces of paprika, and while they tasted fine, the rest of the pizza was mostly lacking. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

I rated this restaurant three stars because I couldn't get through on the phone. The staff member informed me that they were too busy to answer calls, which was frustrating for many of us waiting outside, as we wanted to make a decision. When I finally received my 3-meat platter with paprika and pineapple, I was let down by the lack of both meat and pineapple. Moreover, I noticed an employee who had just handled cash without properly washing his hands, which made me uncomfortable about food safety. I usually have a good experience here, but this visit, particularly the night before graduation, left me feeling uneasy. If you do choose to visit this restaurant, I suggest being cautious.

Had to wait 25 minutes for the hot-N-Ready pizza, the *supposed to be * 33% more pepperoni slices. Here's a photo for you to see. I would suggest ordering or calling online.

Bad customer service! ZERO STAR. Today afternoon, I ordered a own made pizza for pick up. While I was walking to my car, I found the pizza was the wrong one. I ordered a thin crust pizza with no sauce, but they gave me the one with tomato sauce. My son doesn't eat tomato sauce! Then, I walked back to the store and asked them to make me another one. The cashier check the receipt on the box, and said you didn't select no sauce! I told her I did it. And I showed her the receipt on my phone. My receipt shows no sauce. She take a look, but she said it was my mistake, and told me to choose no sauce before checkout! OMG! After back and forward couple times, she told me to wait 15 mins to get another one. I was disappointed and I feel mad with her services. After 15 mins, I walked back to pick up. I asked her to give me her name. She didn't give me at that time but walk back to the kitchen and talk to her co-worker. I wait for 10 seconds and call her again. Finally, I get her name ,Jessica. I think the company has to provide customer service training for all employees. I don't think I will come back to these store Little Caesars Pizza Macarthur Oakland ,CA

I ordered a pizza and wanted to get some crazy bread as well. The cashier said that they were all out. I didn't think anything of it until I came back 15 minutes later to pick my pizza up and saw bags of it sitting there under the heat lamp, ready to be purchased.. I asked him if that, was in fact, crazy bread he said it was. I didn't purchase any at that point because I wanted a different type (the pepperoni ones) and didn't want to have to wait another 20 minutes or however long it takes. I was very disappointed with this location. I'm a loyal customer and have gone to various locations over the years. I do not see myself coming back to this one. DO BETTER, people! ?
