High Xii Cafe Coffee - Oakland

I've ordered both online for pickup and in person, and each time my food was ready quickly and tasted fantastic. I tried the breakfast sandwich called "The Eye Opener," which comes with turkey sausage on a croissant, as well as a breakfast burrito filled with chorizo and Tater Tots. Both dishes were delicious, especially the chorizo and Tater Tot burrito—it was a standout! I also had coffee here on two occasions, and it was brewed perfectly. I didn't need to add cream or sweeteners, as it wasn't bitter or burnt; instead, it had a nice mild acidity that I could enjoy black. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a quick and tasty breakfast!

Wonderful café in the heart of Oakland! The café is bright, clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everything is very affordable. We enjoyed breakfast here, and the food was fantastic. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience!

The subway steak salad is, hands down, the best steak salad I've ever had. It was light on the dressing, so I recommend asking for a little extra if you like more. The ingredients, from the paprika to the lettuce and the steak, were perfectly seasoned and incredibly fresh. It was definitely not a salad that sat around for a day; everything tasted freshly prepared.

Good solid breakfast options. The sandwiches taste great (i always get the turkey, pear, brie, and arugula) and are reasonably priced. The salad bar is quite popular, but they charge by weight, so keep some dressing in your fridge at work, if possible. They have different specials every day, and most days 1 of the 3 specials is some kind of salmon. These cost a bit more, but I've never had anything that doesn't taste good.

I Love High XII Cafe. They have amazing customer service and a nice atmosphere. Their food is also amazing and they allow you to be picky with your order, from choosing the exact piece you want, to choosing the order in which your food is prepared. My fav place to eat at lunch during the weekdays.
