Giant Burgers - Oakland

Was 1/4 pound talking about the patty or the Mayonnaise? It was hard for me to tell. I looked like I was the recipient of a burgerkake event by the end of it. Order Could've included a lifeguard on the side for all the mayo I was swimming through. I don't like to be harsh and I want to support this business. Overall it was a really good meal, location and vintage feel of the place was heartwarming and comforting. Ingredients were quality for the most part. I don't eat burgers often so usually prefer it to be an exceptional experience. I couldn't get passed the excessive mayo that lubricated and coated my whole throat and insides. Otherwise a pretty standard experience.*Ordered April 15th around 1:15p.m

Decent burger made fresh at ordering. Lots of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onion and condiments. Juicy and cooked to your preference. Milkshakes come in many different flavors, Rich and creamy. I've been coming to this Giant Burger since 1971!

They have really good strawberry milkshakes and the burgers? They're giant burgers. Parking: It's a parking lot. It's right there. It's in the parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Kids will not be turned away or eaten. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. There's a ramp that goes up 2 in it's all flat.

New owners have REALLY upgraded the quality of the food since they've taken over this place!Highly recommended for a great standard burger fries and shake!We prefer this place over the much more expensive and supposedly gourmet Sparky's up the hill!The food is consistently good and they've even expanded the menu with other items like cheese steaks and such.Great old school burgers here!

Great spot! Good food for cheap. Nothing fancy whatsoever, but boy did it hit the spot. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a hot meal in the US for under $10. Cheers!
