Bidrage med feedbackOrdered the French 75 from the bar but it wasn't like the usual ones I've had elsewhere. It was good but it shouldn't have ice and should be in a champagne glass. Had the Cobb salad; chicken was super dry but everything else about it was good. My guest had a club sandwich which he enjoyed. Service was good; overall it was good for a hotel restaurant.
This was a solid 8 hour overnight for us during a cancelled flight issue at midnight. The price is right. It's close by. It was very clean and very quiet. The lobby is nice and they have breakfast in their main restaurant in the AM as well as a shuttle to and from the airport. Issues they don't give complimentary water and don't have any overnight toiletries or amenities for people stranded. As an airport hotel they should have small items like this.
First time ever posting a bad review but had to considering what happened to us last night.Stayed here for a wedding- nice rooms, location and view. Loved our stay until last night. An insane person possibly delivering food got in our elevator. He started berating everyone in the elevator, yelling about politics, telling everyone that we were all the problem with the world. Kept rambling about McCarthy ? . He got physical with two different people I was one and tried intimidating anyone on the elevator. Police were called.Unfortunate but I do not think that it is reasonable to expect the hotel to prevent all crazy people from entering. However, the manager/staff 's behavior and problem solving skills was the worst part of the entire episode.Mary M was the manager on duty and decided it was appropriate to get combative with the bystanders trying to get up to their rooms. Mary commented that we were drunk we were coming back from a wedding so we had consumed alcohol and seemingly blamed us for what happened. During the debacle a purse and cell phone was lost. I returned to the front desk to ask for the items and get the managers name. Viktor at the front desk commented you are lucky the other manager isn 't here. While calmly considering the circumstances trying to retrieve lost items and asking for the managers name, Mary came out and defaulted to telling me to go away or else she is calling 911.Two sides to every story, I 'd really love to hear her side of it. Why did she feel it was appropriate to behave like she did to the people that were just trying to ride an elevator up to their rooms? Never complained or left a bad review in my life but also have never seen a staff member at any business display such poor behavior and problem solving skills either.

DISAPPOINTING for a Hyatt and we are Hyatt members. Why? I asked housekeeping for wine glasses and they told me to go to the bar and get them Asked the restaurant for two plates so we could microwave food and they gave us non microwaveable plastic. Physically had to go down a second time to get real plates and the manager begrudgingly gave them to me. They didn't fit in the microwave (which, by the way, is only on every other floor. Hotel would not give us a wine opener. Told us to bring the wine down from our room and they would open it. NOTE: Hyatt Regency in other locations we have stayed in would NEVER have done that. Toilet took three plus flushes to flush anything down no I am not exaggerating. On the positive, the room was cleanBottom line: My least favorite Hyatt ever, and I've stayed in many.
