I went in to grab a few cookies and ended up receiving the wrong ones. I had specifically asked for M&M chocolate chip cookies but was given ones filled with cream instead. I also had to insist that I didn’t call to order a cake before I could pay.
This place has the best cookie cake and a refreshing Coke! I love coming here after church. Highly recommend!
I always stop by for a cookie or two, and I'm consistently impressed by their freshness. However, the staff is a different story. They often seem disinterested and unapproachable, and I feel like saying, "Just clock out and come back another day," but I'm not the manager. The place is always clean, but I really wish they would improve their customer service skills. Chick-fil-A has some helpful videos on this topic! Overall, I would give it a B- due to the staff's lackluster attitude.
I walked into the restaurant and was greeted with the employee sucking her teeth. I had to repeat my order twice because she seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her while trying to spend my money. Over half of the cookies I selected were hard and dry. To make matters worse, I was charged twice. I approached the manager on duty, who is actually the general manager’s son, and he also had an attitude. After explaining the situation, he swiped my card to process a refund but informed me it would take a few days. Unfortunately, I have a prepaid card, which requires a reload card to add funds, so I doubt I will ever see my $17 again.
