Glass House Cramlington

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and it was amazing. I had seen some negative reviews, but I don't understand how anyone could complain about the pizza and pasta for £9.95, or the lunch special for £8.95. This was my first time at Sambucas, but if all of their locations are as good as this one, I will never cook at home again. The staff were also fantastic, trying their best to please all customers. Bless them!

The ambience was pleasant, but the music was excessively loud. Despite plenty of available tables, we waited for 10 minutes to be seated. The food was just average, and the staff did not check in to see if everything was to our liking. Overall, it was okay, but we will not be in a hurry to return.

Excellent food and not expensive either...we were really surprised and will be going back definitely at least as good as restaurants twice the price. I've heard so many good reports glad we tried it, will return!

Food was average, Garlic bread with Tomoto was tasteless the carbonara was covered in sauce too much sauce and then interrupted during food with birthday celebrations from waiters next to the table went out for a quiet meal not to be disturbed with kids running round and waiters acting like children this is my Second visit here not been for a few years and probably won’t be back for a few years as standards need to improve
