Asked Best pizza Express to leave certain foods off my order because of serious allergies the person answering the phone wrote it on my order but it was ignored by staff. I was half way through my meal before I noticed. I was I'll because of this.. I rang to complain and was told they would pass my message on, I have heard nothing from them. If you or anyone have food allergies or intolerances I'd advise not to use this shop. Absolutely shocking will never use this shop again

After hearing that this pizza shop was the best in town, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that it was actually the worst in town. I will never visit this disappointing place again. I ordered a Margherita pizza, as I usually do. When I got home, turned on the TV, and opened the box, I was horrified to find that my pizza was covered in chunks of hair. I am certain that it was someone's pubic hair. I was extremely displeased with this order and utterly disgusted.

Ordered from here via a food ordering app. Thankfully I hadn’t read the reviews. I placed our order for a specific time, it arrived on time and piping hot. A young lady called me prior to delivery to confirm the location Sandy bay holiday park She was polite friendly. Our order was a “ offer “ but also on a buy one get one free so FANTASTIC value. The food was hot and very nice, I’m so pleased I hadn’t read the reviews prior to ordering as they would have put me off. We are back here later in the year and would have no hesitation in ordering again ! Thank you :
