Katsura- Westin Prince Toronto

The restaurant is located on the second floor with no elevator, making it a bit difficult for one member of our group to climb two flights of stairs.

I made online reservations and was on my way to the restaurant when I received a call informing me that the parking information I needed would only be given if the restaurant was closed. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Katsura is a standout restaurant located within the Western Prince Hotel. Although it is slightly inconvenient to have to leave the hotel and walk around to find Katsura, especially in inclement weather, the fresh and beautifully presented sushi makes it worth it. The menu also offers a variety of traditional Japanese dishes, each representing a different aspect of Japanese cuisine. The service at Katsura is attentive and helpful, making for a pleasant dining experience overall.

We were in the west, so decided to eat one night in katsura. when we arrived, it was hardly busy, but we couldn't find the restaurant manager or a waiter to sit down! but once sat, the service was fast and good. good, however, was quite averaged. nothing wrong, but nothing great to write at home.

Their meal is cooked before them on a hot grill. No matter what they order, the chef puts on a show and it is presented very well. you sit table person would not think to go back a second
