Tim Hortons - North York Industiral

First time experienced drive through Tims, service was very slow, no sitting , wait time was longer. So so

I don't understand how not one Tim Hortons worker can't listen to orders properly. This is a common occurrence at Tim's. They never listen to your order and assume what you want. Where is management at these places? Does no one understand English?

Whenever I visit this particular location. Staffs are fighting with each other. And RUDE atmosphere.

Always grab my coffee on the go here, drive thru option, mobile ordering available no need to park and line up, but the do not offer iced coffee or soups at this

The lid was not capped properly and coffee spilled everywhere on the car and also on my light colored dress.
