Nando's - North Shields

The staff on Saturday night were fantastic! I wanted to surprise my friend by randomly taking him to Nando's after we watched a movie. I was pleasantly surprised to find some of his friends there to celebrate his 40th birthday. The table was decorated with balloons, and the cake I had dropped off earlier was brought out by the staff, who sang happy birthday! I even received a discount on my meal as a thank you for bringing the group to Nando's. I didn't expect that, and it really made my day! Thank you and great job!

We frequently visit these Nando's locations because they're convenient and close to home. Each time, we have a wonderful experience, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. We've never encountered any issues, and the food is always beautifully prepared.

We had a fantastic meal! The staff were all kind and attentive. I brought my young granddaughter along, and they made sure she had colorful paper and crayons to keep her entertained. Our meals arrived hot, looking great, and exactly as we ordered. Overall, it was a well-prepared experience at Nando's, and we give it a big thumbs up!
