Cold Stone Creamery - North Augusta

I went to Cold Stone yesterday, the day of the .99 cent smoothies, at 7:00 ish, and as soon as I walked up this older man put up a sold out sign for the smoothies. I asked about it and one of the employees said they did not have any more.. So I bought ice cream and the customer service was very poor. Everybody was very rude and how you sell you out of smoothie mix? I will not be going back.

Good service with a smile. Everyone was very informative about the types of desserts, professional (no Samsung pay), yet very pleasant to talk to, great tasting Ice-cream! Thank you for honoring the military with a discount.Keep the good work.

Good quality and service. The cake batter milkshake is the best milkshake I've ever had!

Not my first time but I came today to redeem my birthday treat, BOGO. The service was good. I always get the Founders Favorite, however the brownie never seem to be broken down into the ice cream; It's always big chunks. Also, I'm not sure why it happened sometimes but like today my ice cream was super soft. I want it to be more solid like the pictures and not look close to a milkshake. The atmosphere was typical.

I just love it, this is my favorite I full recommend
