Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Coffee tastes like water and when i ask for double double with almond milk they don’t know how to do it properly. It’s always more sugar than almond milk .. and the amount of coffee grinds I taste is so gross. Very disappointed with nobleton Tim hortons Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have had many issues at this location. I only go to this location because it is close. I have had many issues and management has been amazing with fixing each issue. However yesterday was very frustrating. I come every morning and spend a very good amount. When ever there is a change to my original order there is always a mistake of some kind. I received half my order. I waited patiently and had my belt while I waited. The girl working the front handed my my drink and walked away. I waited 5 minutes and watched her do other things. I watched her serve another customer. I walked up to the counter and asked for my recite and then went oh I didn’t give you the donuts. I then said both donuts and water bottle. I don’t know what is going on but something is not right. There is no value for their customers. Make a mistake own it but come on more than half my order what is going on. I did not get a chance to call to talk with the manager but I will be calling tomorrow because this is unacceptable. My order yesterday was wrong again. Sandwich was made wrong. This is the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been too...the service is horrible,they are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, they are very slow with service through the drive through as well as inside service. I believe they should be reeducated in all aspects of Tim Hortons services they are making Tim Hortons look bad. Most orders 8 out 10 are made incorrectly made and it's unfortunate that this is the only Tim Hortons in the area that people are forced to go to.
