Le Relais d'Asie - Nice

We have been coming here over the years. They have free table water good if you are not a customer). It is “cafeteria style” you sit anywhere(or take away), but since we have come back after covid, we see they have added...tables chairs for you to sit eat on massena square!!!(the restaurant is under the portico) this is fabulous! One good thing came from covid although their portions aren’t as big as before covid, we were happy to see they survived!!

My better half usually avoids asian restaurants when in Europe but when we sat here enjoying their beautiful food, she said I could sit here all day grazing' . It is a truly asian delibght from the service to the magical flavours of an...incredible choice of dishes on display. nights in Nice , we ate here twice . Not just great food but inexpensive. Flavours to savour we wil be back one day. Recommended !!!!!

Right in the center of Place Massena an easy stop off for tired legs. Asiatic food well displayed so if you are not very familiar with this type of cuisine you can see what you fancy. There is a fast turnover of clientele which means...there is constant fresh dishes taking place. The choice very good and correct and the server will fill your order in front of you however many different dishes you wish to choose, even if only one is no problem. Drinks and desserts are plentiful and all is cheap. Interior sitting practical as also exterior seating on Massena square or take away very useful for picnicking elsewhere;

Been to Nice before and have used La Relais d'Asie several times as it is very central and near all the main attractions. You can either sit inside or, in good weather, sit outside in Massena Sq. The restaurant is well used and popular, with...all classes, throughout the day. Local folk appear to use it as well, especially at lunchtime always a good sign. The Chinese/Asian dishes are what you would expect away from Asia and are well served, reasonably priced, and in sufficient variety. Should you wish to partake of alcohol it is available at a reasonable cost also. There is also a takeaway service available and the mandatory microwave, should you wish your food that little bit warmer than others. Well worth a visit what at Nice city centre area. Happy to call again.

I was looking for a place for a simple meal and found this hit the spot. It's a take away counter with a variety of Chinese Indian dishes, fairly priced and at an excellent location.
