Bidrage med feedbackAlthough we didn’t stay at the restaurant, I can definitely see my husband and me adding it to our to-do list. We stumbled in for breakfast and were thoroughly impressed. I really appreciated that the chef took the time to greet us personally. The food was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be returning!
We just concluded a delightful two-night stay at Red Coach. Our suite was lovely, featuring a very comfortable bed, two couches, a mini-fridge, a gas fireplace, and all the usual hotel amenities. From our first-floor window, we could see the rapids, although we had to step outside to hear the roaring river. The hotel staff were outstanding; our check-in was smooth and enjoyable, and they provided us with great information about local attractions and activities. The restaurant staff matched this level of service with their friendly and accommodating demeanor, catering to our needs and preferences. Parking behind the hotel is free and easily accessible. Getting to various parts of the falls is a breeze; the American side is just a five-minute walk away, while the Canadian side is about a ten-minute drive, depending on Customs wait times. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Red Coach. If you're looking for a charming atmosphere that's a step above typical hotels, this is the perfect choice.
When one of the boys accidentally broke a glass, the staff kindly refused to accept any payment for it. Their kindness was truly remarkable, demonstrating grace, empathy, and a genuine sense of care. I felt a strong sense of community and warmth in the restaurant, making it feel like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting The Red Coach Restaurant if you’re in Niagara Falls! May the Almighty bless them abundantly for their wonderful hospitality.
The Red Coach Inn was a fantastic experience. We came in the off-season as a stop on our honeymoon and stayed in the Portsmouth room, and thank goodness we did! It was large, spacious, and we came during the offseason and got snowed in. We were grateful for such a cozy space considering we had to spend so much time inside. We didn't realize how much Niagara Falls closes down in the winter (seriously, just about everything was closed) and we'd recommend going at the front or tail end of the open season. But if you want a beautiful winter experience, Niagara is beautiful in the snow, the rooms will keep you warm, and there's plenty of modern amenities that make the old rooms still feel fresh and new. On top of that, the food at the restaurant was absolutely top-notch and I don't think there was a single meal there that me or my wife didn't absolutely love. Top to bottom great experience, the Red Coach Inn is the place to go in Niagara!
My wife and I went for a late lunch after walking the Niagara Falls park in December. The atmosphere was very cozy: a warm fireplace, rich decor, and lovely view. The menu was reasonably priced and our food was delicious. It was clear that everything was homemade. The service was fast and attentive. Definantly planning to visit here again.
