Don?t have many options, vanilla was tasting strange, bad quality service.

The worst service. The girl named ANALYN has a bad attitude. It should not be in a forward-looking customer service. She's aggressive and rude. My family and I went after dinner for some Froyo and she made sure that we had no satisfaction because of her rude and not for comments. We wanted to pay separately and she gave a comment? if you put everything together? makes my life easier? How sorry girls that it's difficult to ring a job a little separated. Then when we gave her our reward number, I'm not sure what's wrong with her understanding skills, but she always said? HOLD ON OMG HOLD ON!!!? I know while the pandemic owner will basically hire everyone, but also a person like ANALYN should not be considered to be the last resort! When we left, did I say? I hope your night will be better? because obviously she had either a bad day or she's just an unpleasant person. They should keep their work on their backs instead of turning to customers.

I think some of the people that work here are really sweet and hold up to company values. However, I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences here recently while trying to have a bonding experience with my family:

Always greeted by the younger guy who works there in the daytime. Same familiar face. Always kind and helps me since I have my baby in my arms at times.

From the friendly service to the quality and selection this place is top shelf. My kids always want to go here and try their new flavors. Menchie's is in a great location, very clean store with a lot of good atmosphere around it. I was able to meet the owner one day, great guy. It's nice to see people that care about their business and the people that work for them, I hope it stays that way! Go to Menchie's, you won't be disappointed.
