In-n-out Burger - NEWHALL

Food was not fast, and when we went to eat it in the car, fries and burgers were cold, and bun was hard. I was very disappointed and it was uneatable, so I had to throw it all away.

Fast and friendly service. Dining area is well lit and clean. Friendly atmosphere with friends and family.

In-N-Out Burger consistently delivers delicious food, and the staff at this location is exceptional. During a visit on August 18, I mentioned a problem in the men's restroom to the employee taking my order. Not only did she graciously thank me for the information, but she also added humor and professionalism to the conversation, leaving everyone nearby in high spirits despite the mundane issue. This staff is truly the best - thank you for your outstanding service.

We went to In-N-Out Burger for dinner on the route between LA and Sequoia National Park... it seems like a classic American fast food, with good raw materials, but as an Italian I have to say that in the hamburger there was very little meat, even if the sandwich was full of the other ingredients and that the chips did not have an original potato coating, but more of cardboard. The guys at the service, however, were very kind and quick, the place was clean and nice.

The fries were too salty to enjoy, which was disappointing. We usually make a stop at this restaurant when visiting Bakersfield, but now I'm not so sure about returning.
