Dunkin' - Newfield Hamlet

Me and my family were going to see the college my brother got in and see how it is, so we decided to go to this Dunkin for breakfast and let me tell you, the service sucks we walked in thinking it would be a lot faster but no. The workers saw us and instantly walked away to the drive thru, and we all are running late on our schedule, the last thing we need is to wait for a worker to come to us. And when we asked for 1 more cup they said it was too late?? Never again am I coming here again.

Filthy, trashes over flowing, no toilet paper, couldn’t get anyone to even look at us for an order. Went through the drive through. Tried to order the donut that we saw inside (wasn’t labeled) was given attitude, was rushed and then rudely corrected for not knowing the donut name. We ultimately drove away. My sweet 4 year old was so excited for a donut ?

This place was horrible. Didn't have sugar or cream, the guy who waited on us totally a waste.

I used to frequent this dd. But this is the third time I'm about a month that I came to this Dunkin when it was supposed to be open inside, after 7am, clearly serving people in the drive thru, for them to look at me through the glass and stare and ignore me, or shrug and tell me they aren't open. If y'all aren't ready, at least let me in..it's clearly 20 degrees. And I'm not in a car. Some of us have schedules to keep. The GM of this store is great, super nice guy. Please be open when you're supposed to be, please.

Everything is never made the way you order it if you get a breakfast sandwich it's either under cooked or burnt they truly suck there everyone has attitude and will ignore you save your money this location needs to be shut down or retrained by someone from the dunkin by kohl'
