Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Newberg

I only utilize the drive-through at this restaurant, but every time I order a simple chicken strip basket with a drink, I end up waiting 20 minutes in the line. At the window, I am usually asked to move to a spot and wait further for my order.

I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Every time I go, I have to wait 20 minutes for my food, even though I only order the chicken strip basket. It's not busy, but the workers still make me feel uncomfortable by staring at me as a young woman. I feel unsafe and uneasy when they walk past me multiple times and act like they are cleaning just to be next to me. This has happened every time I have gone, except when I went with my stepmom today. One female worker kept staring at me while I waited for my food, which was very strange. I would not recommend this restaurant to young women dining alone.

I didn't dine inside the restaurant, but I did visit the drive-through. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was friendly. The staff were accommodating when it came to modifying our order, and they were also very kind to our puppy, even giving her a treat.

Food usually comes out good. Place is always clean. But the drive thru is usually fairly rushy and impatient.

Clean, nice folks. Chili dogs yippee! Have a blizzard too. My kids and grandchildren love it too. They have ice cream cakes ready to go also for your get togethers. Good quality quick food and a drive-thru if you don't need to get out of the rain
