The Border Cafe - Newark

I give this restaurant two stars, and that's mainly because of the chicken. Otherwise, I would rate it just one star due to the side dish. The portion was very disappointing—barely half a mini bucket. Additionally, my curbside order didn't come with any utensils or paper napkins. I'm really disappointed.

Our experience at this restaurant was outstanding! The service was flawless—truly the best I've had in years! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. It also arrived quickly, which was perfect since we had a couple of hours to travel back home. We will definitely stop by again the next time we’re in the area!

Here very tasty Mexican dishes. It?s even tastier than in Mexico where I was on the last week. Dishes is very big. So much big that we took the part of them in boxes to home. I recommend this place! The first and second visiting this place was good but the third upset me and my friends. I came here to celebrate my birthday with my fiancé and his family. 9 people and they proposed to sit on different tables because they didn?t put tables together. So it was very upset for all of us because we had separate tables.

The service is great. I would recommend this place as a good lunch spot. My salad tasted good but the meat was a little too sweet for my liking. The prices are fair.

This restaurant was fantastic! It reminded me of Jose Tejas in New Jersey, though I'm not sure if they are owned by the same people. I will definitely be returning. The place was bustling, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The food was delicious, the staff was exceptional, and the drinks were incredible.
