Planet Smoothie - Newark

My kiddos and I love Planet Smoothie smoothies, they taste so yummy! I am so thrilled that they just added a kids size cup! Thank you! The place is kept clean and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Fair price, fresh taste, friendly staff. It was very good! very easy! It was my first time, and the cashier helped us with everything Basically everything is super customizable. I didn 't even pick from the menu, I picked from the 'add-ins ' and created my own. You pick your base (frozen yogurt, Greek yogurt, milk, etc) then all your flavors. I got a 22oz raspberry, banana, and frozen yogurt. My boyfriend got a 32oz strawberry, banana, Greek yogurt. For both it was around $13. The sizes: 16oz, 22oz, 32oz, and 44oz.

Loved it! The owners are the best. The staff is friendly! And the smoothies are the best on the Planet!

Update (4/6/2021): My wife, daughter, and I returned today to get three medium Java the Nut smoothies, and as always, they were amazing. I noticed the add-ins have gone up by 50 cents since last time due to rising raw material costs, but everything else remains fantastic—great customer service and delicious smoothies. They've also been very diligent about COVID-19 regulations, requiring masks when entering and ordering.

This was our first visit to this store, and my son ordered a smoothie that was both tasty and delicious. He chose a blend of strawberry, pineapple, coconut, non-fat milk, and vanilla. It was perfectly blended, showcasing a nice balance of all the flavors. Next time we come back, I’ll definitely order something for myself.
