Tarallucci E Vino Union Square

We had our micro wedding at an upstairs loft space at Tarallucci e Vino and it was a great experience! Of course the food was great (this was not a surprise as we’d dined here before , but it was the service that really made the event so perfect. Jordan, the events coordinator, ensured that we had a stress-free experience from the start. She is incredibly organized and conscientious. When we forgot our wedding bands en route to the ceremony (after already running late! , she changed the plan on a dime, putting me completely at ease, and making it appear to the guests that it was all according to the original plan! At the reception, all of the staff were excellent. The bartender and servers were professional and personable. Everyone seemed to be having a great time and I can’t think of a single thing that didn’t exceed my expectations.

Was warned that food would be too salty but that was not my experience. I ordered the cacio e pepe so good! Also very pleasant outdoor seating area.

The dishes were d e l i c i o u s !! We had so much fun and the place is so pretty. Both the Tortelloni&Milanese pastas we took were incredible. Very recommended

The drinks were great, very tasty, but the food not so much. Pretty pricey for the quality and quantity of food. The server was very friendly and did his job well but I wouldn't return or recommend this place to anyone.

Overall I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. It was simple but quite tasty. The drinks here were also quite good. Personally I liked it much better than La Pecora Bianca but Scampi restaurant is still my favorite for Italian. The only thing that annoyed me was Happy Hour which is only available for seatings outside and at the bar. Anywhere else you sit, you don't get Happy Hour...which doesn't make any sense to me. So if you want to take advantage of happy hour between 5-7pm everyday take note!
