Sant Ambroeus Coffee - New York City

If there's one item you have to try, it's the Tonno Classico. The Yogurt Parfait is unsweetened, which I appreciate, and it goes perfectly with the honey granola and fruit that come with it. They also serve one of my favorite oat milk lattes (the Caffelatte), which is wonderfully smooth and not bitter or acidic at all. The Avocado Toast is a bit pricey, but it's quite good and comes with red pepper flakes on the side.

Always a fantastic experience! They serve the best macchiato, and it’s perfectly packaged to avoid any spills. I usually enjoy the Salamino Felino and Prosciutto Cotto. However, the Almost Almond Cornetto was a bit soggy this time.

It was decent, but I was expecting more prosciutto. There was a bit too much bread for the amount served. Additionally, the portion was smaller than I anticipated.

The atmosphere is undeniably chic, attracting a fashionable clientele, and the seating arrangements cater well to those looking for a sophisticated coffee experience. However, when things get busy, the usually friendly service can falter. While the staff maintains a warm demeanor, accurately taking orders can become a struggle, leading to some frustration for patrons hoping for a smooth visit. Overall, Sant Ambroeus at Hanley is a trendy spot with welcoming staff, but occasional order mix-ups during busy times can create some inconvenience. With a little improvement in efficiency, it could easily become a more enjoyable coffee destination.
