Papa Johns Pizza - New York City

I love the pizzas here but if their service is lousy I go very often but every day they disappoint me more

Wait time is horrible. Ordered online, went to pick up and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be given the order.

The lady in the counter was very nice, I ordered my food through my phone a few blocks away ,when we got there it was probably a 5 minute wait and my food was ready..

Imagine being pregnant and hungry late at night waiting on your food to be uber for over an hour!!! I called the restaurant at 10:50 pm to check on the status of my order and the man who answered completely just hung up the phone on me TWICE.. I will becontacting corporate IT IS NOT OKAY TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES FOOD, TIME, AND HUNGER!!!

Theres a problem with the door dash app. None of the toppings saved and I got a plain pizza. Careful of using the door dash app.
