Mcdonald's - New York City

The oil used for frying the fries seems to be unchanged, resulting in consistently brown fries that could potentially make us sick. This McDonald's is the closest to my home, and my kids love it, so I hesitate to change locations. However, I've been eating here for 23 years, and I've never encountered brown fries at this or any other McDonald's franchise before.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The customer service was exceptional; the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. It was also a nice, quiet place to relax and reflect after our meal. There was a young man cleaning the bathrooms, and I have to say, I've never encountered such spotless restrooms at a restaurant before. In fact, the entire place was immaculate. The breakfast was quite good, very flavorful, and well-prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there.

The caramel frappe is excellent, with just the right amount of drizzle. Every morning, you’re greeted by the same friendly employee, an elderly woman who is always cleaning the tables with a smile. It's a very welcoming atmosphere.

Unsanitary. Their bathroom doesn't have soap and all of their hand sanitizers are empty. When I notified them of this, they didn't seem to care. I don't see a separate employee bathroom, so I get the sense that they're not washing their hands with soap before preparing food. They have a hand sanitizer station behind the counter, but I saw a person not use it after cleaning up a spill.

Been going here for yrs. You rockin the deliveries latenite? This is the spot. Plus, if it's nice out, walk down to the Post Office and enjoy. Steps are a legendary chill spot. Peace!
