La Maison Du Macaron - New York City

I had the best Ham and Swiss croissant I've ever tasted in this town! I absolutely adore the authentic French pastries and the attentive service at this cozy café. I highly recommend it to anyone who truly loves French pastries! I would also suggest trying the almond macaroon or the almond croissant.

A delightful flavor experience! We tried five different flavors, and every single one was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the cassis, as well as the pistachio and coconut combinations.

This place makes a pretty darn good macaron. I went here on Christmas Eve. They had 16 different flavors remaining, so I got the gift box of 18 to bring to a dinner party. They came in a nicely packaged blue box that separated each macaron for travel. Then the put the gift box in a blue paper bag filled decoratively with blue tissue. You might notice the blue theme. The service was good. The lady who helped me understood quite clearly that I wanted a rainbow spread of the colors throughout the gift box. It came out beautifully. They have other pastries that I passed over, but looked delicious. I'll be pack to try some of those when I want to cheat on this gluten-free kick I'm on right now. Note: no Apple pay here.

These macarons are the best I've ever had!!! I love love love them. They melt in your mouth and just the right amount of sweetness.
