Kfc - New York City

Have a spicy chicken sandwich combo and it was really delicious parking: they have a decent parking space and there were many parking spaces available.

4 pieces first ordered - I miss 3 pieces at the second time. I counted right in the restaurant. nasty rude attitude lady gave me the missing pieces with testifying a word

Slow. Employees move like molasses and arent friendly. Need to improve this. Floors in entire place are dirty and sticky

The staff are really hard-working. I came a few days ago and I saw a young man diligently cleaning and disinfecting all the tables. The folks at the register also did a really good job, they weren't rude at all and were patient with me even though my hearing isn't really good.

They have one woman that can understand English, the rest of them do not understand basic conversations. After I got my bowl with the cheese not melted, I asked the woman at the register to please melt the cheese. She didn 't understand after a minute I thought she understood but she just gave me more chicken lol after a few more minutes of trying to translate the cheese is not melted I had to ask to speak with someone who spoke English. To summarize it, just don 't eat here unless you have to!
