Hudson Bagel - New York City

Stopped here to try a bacon and egg bagel with no cheese. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned the staff turned up the music a little too loud. Prices were decent, but they reflect the quality.The bagel we got was flat and not made by someone who knows how to rise dough and bake it. The photo I took shows the inside of the bagel where there is no rise and totally compressed. Making it look underbaked and mushy in texture.The bagel sandwich: Dry with plain scrambled eggs and no extra flavor or condiments. The condiment shelf did offer salt pepper packets and vinegar in a bottle.On the positive side, there are a lot of other things to try on the menu such as wraps, sandwiches and smoothies! And maybe 1 in 5 people will get that really good sandwich that seems worth the visit.

Food is great, coffee is solid. The actual area inside and outside is fairly nice, all things considered. The service leaves a bit to be desired, kinda unorganized but that's the single gripe. Everything else is very nice, recommend.

These bagels are stellar, and were so fresh! Super personable staff, and such a breath of fresh air to see a business like this in an area that has been gentrified through the nose. Had a salt bagel w/ scallion and practically had to take the rest of the day off from the euphoria. Thank god for y'all Hudson Bagels!

Asked for extra plain cream cheese on plain bagel. Received a veggie cream cheese (which was cream cheese and peppers? bagel instead. When I told them I received the wrong order they told me no and that I ordered veggie bagel with cream cheese but still offered to make a new one. Sorry you misheard me but the customer service was not friendly. When I got the new bagel I received a disrespectful amount of cream cheese and it was sad. Other than that, they're cheap bagels!

Good customer service and their bagels were so good!! A very clean place and the prices are reasonable..
