Cava Nolita - New York City

The food at this restaurant is both delicious and nutritious, and the atmosphere is filled with positive vibes and friendly smiles. The staff is helpful and answers questions in a welcoming manner. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again as a repeat customer!

I really enjoyed this bowl! We ordered it for takeout and even though there was a bit of a wait, our order arrived fairly quickly. I chose the market spice bowl with a mix of chicken and falafel. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, but I thought there was too much rice and arugula compared to the toppings. There was also an abundance of sauce, so I suggest adding it sparingly. The standout element was definitely the pita chips, which were absolutely fantastic. They were perfectly crispy and seasoned, and paired wonderfully with the hummus on the side.

I tried the Greens Grains Bowl and it was delicious! I opted for pickup and the service was fast. My order included half romaine, half saffron basmati rice, tzatziki, traditional hummus, grilled chicken, shredded romaine, pita crisps, tomato cucumber, fire roasted corn, Persian cucumber, and a lemon herb tahini drizzle on top, with a free side of pita.

Shout-out to Sade. I visited Cava with some friends during lunch she provided the best service. She was very helpful very funny at the same time. The food was fire too!

TaI enjoy food from CAVA. I have been eating in different locations all over the city. First time in this location on Spring Street. The girl serving me had a really bad attitude toward me. I think because I'm white. She was so much nicer to the person behind me- non-white.
