16handles and this location will always be my go to.

This place offers 16 different flavors and I opted for the original. It was sweet, tart and the fruit toppings for pretty good quality. You can add them on yourself and everything is serve. Mochi, however was stale when we got there around 8 PM. Four stars because you kind of have to know what you're expecting when you come to chain places.

They have 16 flavor options and all the machines were working. The variety of flavors weren't super interesting but they had the basics. The service was friendly.The interior has a cool design, the other patrons were all middle schoolers. They could have more fresh fruit toppings and wet walnuts

Did not like the vanilla ice cream. Other than that the chocolate and birthday cake was fantastic! Terrific service and quick delivery! Will buy again!

You get to customize the gelato yourself. Pretty fun.
