Mcdonald's - New Roads

The most rude people ever openly complained about the repair of food, they tried to take more money than we know we ordered. overall scary experience. definitiw need new workers, people who actually want to work, and I am not even the type to leave comments, but please go somewhere else if they can. 3 rude girls and a big rude man.

They had no eating cooked and told us that we go because they have nothing prepared, terrible service, will not be back

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of the staff. The young woman with red, curly hair was exceptionally rude and defensive, which really upset me. Despite my attempts to be polite, she remained uncooperative. I chose to pay in cash and preferred to place my order in person rather than using the kiosk, but she insisted I could use it. When I reiterated my desire to order face-to-face, she became irritated. When I inquired about her attitude, she eventually mentioned it was because she had too many orders to handle at the moment. I suggested she could have simply communicated that, but she claimed she did, which I felt was untrue. I believe she could benefit from some training in customer service. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I had a terrible experience with the service. When I tried to order from my car, I was told there would be a 10-minute wait. I decided to leave, but then the staff member didn't return to take my order. When I asked if I could place my order ahead of time, she said no and insisted on the 10-minute wait. I've been here several times, and it usually takes just about that long to eat. Overall, I was quite frustrated with the service.

The staff was very friendly! The food we ordered was fresh and delicious. Great job! The establishment was clean as well.
