Ma Mama's Kitchen - New Roads

We have eaten here last week and wow! our opinion on the best food in new roads and most restaurants in baton rouge area. our waitress dawn was from the diagram! she was human and has good human skills. we felt like on Sunday night in the house of my mama.

I cannot say enough about eating, service and the atmosphere of the restaurant. we had a family meeting there and donna, angie, and the entire crew was hospitable, efficient and friendly. they took care of everything, and I enjoyed my family.

There for lunch on a weekday. It wasn't busy. The service was good and friendly. The food was very good. The caprese salad could feed four, and the Ma Mama's catfish with crustfish étouffée was excellent. I'd drive from Baton Rouge again.

Delicious! Service was satisfactory, friendly staff..prices were a little high but the portions are large and the food was worth every dime! We got oysters trio which were great, spinach artichoke dip was hot and delicious, turtle soup was more like a turtle chili but not bad. I got the avocado salad and that was healthy and fantastic! So overall we will be back!

Absolutely Delicious... The food is absolutely amazing!! Our waitdress, Angela, was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and be returning ourselves when we are in the area.
