The Ponycat - New Farm

We were pleasantly surprised when we came here for breakfast. The coffee was spot on and both our meals were yummy and well priced.

Try the Green Mountain for breakfast. Awesome. Coffees were excellent. On road parking but no trouble finding a spot this Sunday morning.

Homemade hollandaise sauce was great. We enjoyed our breakfast. The portions vs. prices were reasonable. Good coffee and great customer service. The food was cooked well. I recommend this cafe.

Very interesting food selection. Coffee was okay. Service was good. My guests were very impressed with the food selection, not that it was large, but it was interesting, and beautifully presented food. For a table of 6, it was a bit echoey inside. We probably should have opted for the alleyway as offered.

Stopped into the Ponycat before heading to the airport last Sunday. The cafe is modern and the staff were friendly, we were the only people in there at 7:30. We got the breakky burrito and eggs benny as well as two fresh juices. The food was great, we both cleaned our plates because it was so tasty! Living in North Queensland, we wish we had more cafes like this to choose from. Would definitely recommend to people we know!
