Eat Bistro Drinks - New Castle

Vegans no longer welcome. Went to celebrate my moms 70th and chef would not adjust anything for me. I could just get a salad without cheese. I was a good salad but like my 10th that week. Wish they were still accommodating. My mom said she looked up to see if I was wearing Louis Vutton before saying no : Drinks at the bar are always amazing.

If you are anywhere within 100 miles, stop, make a detour and come eat at EAT in New Castle! I am on a road trip through ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, CO, UT and AZ, and select carefully where I eat each day. This is head and shoulders above anything else that I have experienced in the last 3,200 miles! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you live in the Roaring Fork Valley and haven't tried Eat you are missing out! Molly is a MASTER chef. There is not one thing on their menu that isn't delicious. As a bonus, her husband behind the bar makes killer cocktails MOCKTAILS! We are lucky to have them in New Castle! We love this place!
