We celebrated my birthday at EAT Bistro and Drinks and it did not disappoint!! This was one of the best meals I have ever had! We had drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts! Every single item was delicious! The staff were great. The atmosphere was fun. This is truly a hidden gem in the cute little town of New Castle! We can't wait to go back!!

First time at Newcastle CO locals fave culinary delight. Only a stranger once because staff will take care of you personally. Greatest food on west slope. Try the Molly Christo named after their great cook and owner. Desserts were homemade, rich, and decadent too.
