Mcdonald's - New Albany

When I get off work at 11:30 and show up at 11:40 theres a 30/70 chance that I will get someone on the drivethru. Either yall close at 11:30 or you don't stop doing this stupid game. Yall are a service job yall stop serving people at the time you end and spend an extra 15 mins cleaning after closing.

A little slow in drive thru and orders seem to get mixed up a lot

We have been to this location 4 times now. They will take the orders ahead of you, when we pulled up we were told they are closed because "she 's (Sam) is there by herself and can 't take orders and make them. When we drove by we saw another employee in the back. I dont know why they are lying and saying that. It 's very frustrating. If you 're closed why are you there stealing company time and money. I 've worked in the restaurant industry and I 've never.

I ordered online from McDonald's app. It was easy to find the appropriate spaces to pick up my order. The staff were efficient, quick, and accurate my purchase.

Got a order of biscuits and gravy before I had to go into work the gravy was cold and very runny part of the biscuit was missing absolutely disappointing won’t be coming to this location highly recommend state st
