Coffee Crossing - New Albany

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff was extremely friendly, the venue was clean and charmingly decorated, and the food and drinks were delicious. I also found their prices to be very reasonable for the generous portions and high quality of the products. I wish there was a location in Louisville.

This is the best coconut white mocha over ice latte I have ever had! I love the friendly staff and fast service at this coffee shop. I want to give a special shout out to an outstanding employee named Jacob at my favorite Coffee Crossing. No matter how long my day has been or what mood I'm in, he always puts a smile on my face with his great attitude, smile, and exceptional customer service. Thank you Coffee Crossing! PS - Your heated cheese danish is my absolute favorite pastry. I often order one, sometimes two, a day.

I went to this restaurant for the first time and decided to try a drink. I ordered a caramel frappe, which was delicious. I usually go to McDonald's for coffee since my kids enjoy it, but I really liked the frappe here. The coffee was good and I had a pleasant experience overall. The drive-thru service was also decent.

This used to be my favorite coffee spot, but lately they have been slacking. I order the exact same thing every single time, yet most of the time it always ends up being made differently. Some days they make it perfectly where as other days it?s either too sweet or too watery. I?m sticking with starlight because for the past 2 years they have always made my coffee the exact same every time .
