Wowow so good! You have to try! The noodles are thick and have the most satisfying chewing. The sauce is thick, savory and slightly sweet, and so rich. You have condiments such as chili oil, Yuzu pepper and a vinegar sauce that you can add to your taste and they all compliments the dish really good. If you have never tried Labyrinth before, you must try this place. They have only three options, one with or without cheese, and a Taiwanese spicy version. When you come to lunch, there will be a line so try to come when it opens!

Delicious! Soba Maze is one of my favorite dishes, I have eaten in several restaurants in several cities and this was very delicious! All spices in the measure and the delicious noodles. It was very rewarding to visit this restaurant, surely one day I'm back!

A beautiful little touching noodle house. If you want to find a quiet place to wine after a busy day of shopping, this is the place to be. There are not too many seats, even with full house it will not make you feel hectic. There were 4 of us sitting on the bar table and it felt very spacious The owners are friendly, courteous and considerate, because the restaurant is not big, the owners are able to meet your needs proactively. There are 3 ways to choose noodles and have been provided in Japanese, English and Chinese menus. We had the stirring noodles and stir noodles with charred cheese. Both were really good, texture of noodles are chewing and a little hard. As it should be. If you like your noodles on a heavier and creamier side, then try the with carburized cheese, otherwise the regular agitator noodles have just as much taste with a stronger algae taste. If you have a lot of sauce after the end of the noodles, they will give rice for you so that you can enjoy it in another way. I would completely recompose this place for small groups as they have good food and excellent customer service. A great way to end the night!

This shop is incredible. The atmosphere is really chill, warm and welcoming (as is the staff). I can recommend the Taiwanese Mazesoba with grilled cheese on top. Everything was on point, the bowl is so balanced with many aromas. Taste is never the same as you can add some extra vinegar, peppers, chili oil as you are eating your soba. You'll have a good time, and a good meal. Thank you !
