Unfriendly to foreigners and non-Japanese. If you order in English, you’ll be charged more via the so-called “cover charge”, which is a side dish covered by unknown, not delicious and deep-fried vegetables. Everything is salty and deep, very deep fried in order to cover its tastes.

Not the first time there. We love the deep-fried shrimps.
