The Pie Factory (muscle Shoals)

I'm generally not a huge fan of pizza, but we were vacationing in the area and my people wanted pizza. I found Pie Factory and we made a take-out order. We ordered 4 pizzas, including the El Guapo. I tasted all of them and all of them were very good, but... that El Guapo, made with chorizo- OMG. That was the best pizza I have ever had! I could have eaten 2 of them! I've never tasted a pizza this good, and, since it is unusual, I assume it to be their own local creation. Pie Factory gets an A from me! 5 STARS.

My family and I are VERY loyal customers to pie factory, let's start there. We order almost monthly. The pizza is normally super Crispy and crunchy, which we LOVE. Unfortunately, we did order again tonight from the muscle shoals location after work and when we got home, grabbed a piece of pizza, we noticed the pizza was not fully cooked. You can tell because the dough was soft, not crunchy and no burnt spots... which we know is pie factories quality throughout. We did have to put the pizza back in the oven to fully cook it. We shouldn't of had to do that but we do understand things happen. Maybe next time will be better.

Very accommodating for large parties. Pizza was good.

I took a group of 15 seniors here for lunch after the Ivy Green Tour and they absolutely loved it. The service was excellent even with such a large group, and my picky seniors even loved it!

Usually great pizza. Our last visit wasn't very good.Ordered with the another couple and one of their pizzas was wrong, none of our pizzas were as good as the Florence location.
