Jeff is one of the best guys you’ll meet. No sales tactics, no pressure, just honest advice and a clear love for what he does and helping others. He gave me a great deal on a full BBQ package, set me up for my first few cooks, and even worked past regular business hours to make sure I was happy and everything was packed safely in my car. (He even looked up my SUV’s trunk opening to make sure I didn’t waste a trip!! . Seriously, this guy is amazing. Patio project is finished got to break in our new Breeo this weekend. Jeff was wonderful to work with and so knowledgeable. I saw a Pitts Spitts rendezvous on a you tube video and wanted one, once I googled it, Smoking deals bbq came up, I quickly phoned and Jeff answered right away, yes indeed they had it in stock and at a good price. Being in Western Mass, I was not particularly fond of the shipping cost so I held off a bit.Fast forward may be a little bit less than a year and Jeff was able to save me a little bit of money on the shipping, so I jumped.His customer service is top notch, he always answered my text messages promptly, even shortly after hours, my grill was extremely well packaged and shipping was fast.I would not hesitate to do more business with Jeff, he is very knowledgeable and helpful and his word is good.
