Bidrage med feedbackI tried this restaurant once, that's all I needed. I have nothing bad to say about them, I'm sure I can find somewhere better to eat. I would say you should hire at least one person who speaks a functional amount of English.
Went for dinner on a Saturday and were both happy with our dishes chile relleno and pollo a la plancha. The next time we go, we’ll have to try the seafood options, of which there were quite a few that sounded good.
I have eaten in the restaurant twice before. The first time the food was good but the service was very poor. We thought we would give it another try a few months later. The food was still good but we had the same waitress and the same poor service. Since the food was good, we thought just get takeout the next time. We ordered two burrito dinners over the phone and was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later. When I pulled up the drive-up window and paid, the bill had the two burritos listed on it. I paid it, she handed me the bag and I headed home which was only a 5-minute drive. When I opened up the bag there was only one meal in it. And if that wasn't bad enough, it was cold.If you're wondering if I went back and complained. No. Three possible outcomes here, 1. they do nothing (a complete waste of time), 2. they reimburse me (the time lost would not have been worth it), 3. they give me the meal (one thing I learned early in life was to NEVER upset the staff BEFORE they serve your food). My time was better spent listing my grievance here.
Food is good but they charge for water anything extra per taco even lettuce...Compared to their sister company who doesn't!
I ordered a carne asada dinner medium cook, and the meet tasted very weird,it was burnt and,dry. I lost my appetite in not even 2 minutes.
